At your first visit an initial assessment will be conducted. This assessment involves a history, functional assessment and special tests to determine the exact cause of your pain. An individual program will be set out for you and the start of this treatment program will begin. There will be treatment following (time permitted). Additional fee for outside radius.
Following your assessment, you will receive hands-on rehab, therapy and/or massage techniques and manipulations as well as exercises completed together and at home. You must book an initial consultation if this is the first time seeing us as an assessment must be completed to ensure we are able to treat you effectively. Additional fee for outside radius.
Grab your TRX or ask to borrow mine and let's get a great workout going together with excellent form, cues and stretches. Additional fee for outside radius.
